Beautiful

I always love this spot along the Northshore Trail. It is just shy of one
mile from Far Gate. Those who run here will easily recognize it.

My Three In Three Challenge

On Thanksgiving, 2009, I set three goals that I am working toward achieving within three years (My Three In Three Challenge):

Goal 1: Quit Smoking (100%)

I achieved this goal around Thanksgiving 2009. I have been smoke free ever since.

Goal 2: Lose 50 Lbs. (30%)

I've taken a major step backwards in my weight loss. I stopped paying attention for a few months and gained 15 lbs! Time to hit the big reset button. I have rejoined Weight Watchers and will get back on track.

Goal 3: Complete an Ultramarathon (84%)

My longest trail run so far was a fat ass (self supported) trail marathon which is about 84% of my 50K ultramarathon distance goal. I've now started training for a Fat Ass 50K Trail Event that I have scheduled near my birthday. Maybe you will join me?
